INJECTION MOULDING

Our injection molding division operates with a 4,553 square-meter state-of-the-art facility, supported by a dedicated headcount of over 170 skilled professionals. This expansive infrastructure ensures optimal workflow efficiency and scalability for large-scale production requirements.

G-Plast offers extensive molding solutions through a machine range of 25T to 550T, featuring specialized 60T vertical and 2K multi-material molding technologies. These assets enable us to deliver high-precision parts across varied industrial requirements.

DIE CASTING

Spanning nearly 10,000 square meters, our world class die-casting facility is powered by a dynamic team of 450+ skilled professionals. We combine vast manufacturing space with a large, expert workforce to deliver scalable solutions for the most demanding industrial applications.

G-Plast offers extensive die-casting solutions through a machine range of 80T to 840T, featuring advanced equipment like our Frech 125T zinc pressure machines. These assets enable us to deliver high-precision production across varied industrial requirements.

TOOL ROOM

Our specialized tool room division is well supported by a robust team of over 50 skilled technicians and engineers, ensuring high precision manufacturing and rapid response times for all diverse & challenging tooling requirements.

MOLD HOSPITAL: (MOLD MAINTENANCE)
Our infrastructure includes a centralized tooling maintenance center responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This facility is fully equipped to manage the technical requirements of both pressure Die-casting Dies and Plastic Injection moulds, adhering to rigorous industry standards for tool reliability.
